Send to Registry

If your project is certified through one of the registries listed below where Mangrove has an integration, Mangrove allows you to directly send reporting to the registry for verification.
  • In the dropdown beside the Generate Verification Report button, select Send to Registry
  • Confirm the data you’re reporting
  • Submit to send the data directly to the registry
  • The submission and its status are listed on the report’s Submissions card

When a registry submission fails

Every send to a registry is listed on the report’s Submissions card. A send that fails shows as Failed, or as Not sent when nothing reached the registry, with the reason underneath. Click View to open the submission and see:
  • Reason: what went wrong and the next step to take, tagged Needs a fix, Connection problem or Contact support
  • Details: a link to the submission log, with every request and response sent to the registry
A failed report can be sent again with Send to Registry once the cause is fixed.
