User roles

Role	Description	Associated Org
Admin	Administrator with full system access. Can manage users, settings, and all data across the platform.
Member	Standard user with access to core features. Can view and interact with assigned resources and participate in regular activities.
Member - Read Only	Read only access to core features. Can view assigned resources. Cannot add, edit or remove any data.
Customer	End client with access to their specific account information, orders, and support features. Can submit requests and view their transaction history.	Requires user to be associated with an existing Customer in the account
