User roles
Below are the various user roles that can be assigned in Mangrove by Account Admins
Role | Description | Associated Org |
---|---|---|
Admin | Administrator with full system access. Can manage users, settings, and all data across the platform. | |
Member | Standard user with access to core features. Can view and interact with assigned resources and participate in regular activities. | |
Customer | End client with access to their specific account information, orders, and support features. Can submit requests and view their transaction history. | Requires user to be associated with an existing Customer in the account |
Partner - Commercial | Represents a user within a Partner organization focused on commercial activities. Has access to credit inventory management and order management. | Requires user to be associated with an existing Partner in the account |
Partner - Production Data | Represents a user within a Partner organization focused on operational activities. Has access to data collection and production accounting. | Requires user to be associated with an existing Partner in the account |
