Creating and Sending a Data Request

Create a Data Request in the Data Inputs > Request Data section. A request is made up of:
  • Date range of requested data
  • A list of requested inputs from the project
  • Selected partner users (optional, triggers email notification)
  • A message (optional)
You can then share the request through several ways:
  • The selected user will receive an email notification
    • The email will be sent from your email (e.g. From: John at Southeast Capture)
  • The new request shows up on portals or any apps that integrate the Mangrove API
  • Open the request link, and copy the URL of the request page to share it with a partner

Receiving and Reviewing Submissions

As submissions are made to the requests, you can track the latest status of outstanding requests. The progress reflects the proportion of requested inputs that have been included in the submission. To view the submission, select the Files icon or the Request URL to open the submission in a new browser tab. You are able to directly edit the submission, including uploading or removing files, and selecting additional included inputs. Requests that are pending review can be marked Complete , or Incomplete to reject the submission.
